电度表的数字化改进

     

摘要

数字化电度表简化信息传递、方便数据管理.机械电表的传动装置有间隙、摩擦等降低仪器灵敏度,引起误差,AD式数字电表增加了电流、电压测量和模/数转换环节,环节多,误差累计大.采用脉冲计数及几何作图法数字化电表,减少环节误差,提高测量精度.仿真结果表明:轴距从0.2cm变化到2.8cm,脉冲数恒为30000;且6孔、12孔,产生脉冲间隔0.2s、0.1s,可减少甚至消除等分误差;机械加工、装配简单,复现性好,方便批量化生产.对比AD式数字电表,倍增孔数,即可提高分辨率、减小分度误差、提高精度.%Digital Watt-hour meter is apt to data management for its simplified information transmission process.Whereas mechanical Watt-hour meter is hard to avoid errors for its low sensitivity caused by the gap and friction between transmission devices.AD-type digital Watt-hour meter is also hard to avoid errors for its complex links,including current measuring,voltage measuring and analog-to-digital convening.Digital Watt-hour meter,by using the method of pulse counting and geometric drawing,can reduce errors which are caused by links and increase measurement precision.The simulation shows that,when wheelbase varies from 0.2cm to 2.8cm,the pulse number is 30000 constantly,and 6 holes and 12 holes generates 0.2s and 0.1s pulse interval separately.So it can reduce,even remove equal errors,with the performance of easy mechanical processing and assembly and good reproducibility,it is good for mass production.Compared with AD-type digital Watt-hour meter,digital Watt-hour meter,by multiplying hole-number,can enhance resolution,reduce division errors and improve accuracy.
