超低功耗BOOST DC/DC转换器的研究与测试

         

摘要

随着信息时代的发展,高效提取和管理从诸如光源、热源或机械能源采集的毫瓦至微瓦级能量,在满足日益增强的用户体验方面尤为重要,但采集如此微弱的能量,也对能量收集技术提出了更高的要求.超低功耗Boost DC/DC充电器是一种静态流耗极低的升压充电电路,利用开关稳压器架构在输入源能量较低时开启冷启动电路给输出供电,保证系统能够在超低功耗下运行;当充电器输出电压达到预设升压阈值时,开启高效率主升压充电操作,主升压充电操作采用MPPT算法采集输入电压,轻负载条件下使用脉冲频率调制保持系统高效率.充电器采用冷启动电路和主升压充电电路相结合,不仅减少了升压充电器的启动和运行功率,而且最大限度地提高系统效率.%With the development of the information age,efficient extraction and management of milliwatt to micro watts level energy from such as light,heat or mechanical,are particularly important in meeting the increasing user experience.But to collect so weak energy,higher requirements should be put forward for the energy harvesting technology.Ultra low power boost DC/DC charger has a very low static current consumption from the boost charging circuit,using switching regulator architecture open cold start circuit when input source at a low energy to supply the output power,ensuring system to operate in ultra low power,when output voltage reaches the preset boost threshold,high efficiency main boost charging operation is open,main boost charging operation uses MPPT algorithm to sample the input voltage and uses pulse frequency modulation system to keep high efficiency in light load condition.The charger adopts the combination of the cold start circuit and the main boost charging circuit,which not only reduces the start-up and operating power of the booster charger,but also improves the system efficiency to the maximum extent.
