OMP算法参数对超声图像重构质量的实证分析

     

摘要

针对正交匹配追踪(OMP)算法中选择不同参数对超声图像重构质量、运算速度的影响,通过对超声图像在高斯测量矩阵下,选取不同测量值、迭代次数、量化步长进行图像重构的仿真实验,采用图像的PSNR值以及重构时间进行质量分析,实验结果表明:重构图像的PSNR值、重构时间随着测量值和迭代次数的增加而增加;迭代次数增加到一定程度,图像的PSNR值基本不变;量化步长过大会丢失图像的高频部分.实验数据变化趋势为用户选择合适的参数取值提供参考.%The influence of different parameters on the reconstruction quality and the operation speed of the ultrasonic image in OMP algorithm,the simulation experiments of ultrasonic image are carried out which selected different measurement values,itera-tion times and quantization steps to reconstruct image based on the measurement matrixes of Gauss,which used PSNR value and re-construction time to analyze the quality. The results show that the PSNR value and the reconstruction time increases with the in-crease of the measurement values and iteration times,that the PSNR value remains unchanged when iteration times increases to a certain extent,that excessive quantization steps loss of high frequency image.The changing trend of the experimental data provides a reference for the user to select the appropriate parameters.
