基于PLC和组态的平板电脑贴膜机的设计

Tablet phone,tablet computer before leaving the factory pre filmed treatment on touch screen production equip-ment online displacement control accuracy have very high request.In order to ensure the accuracy and stability operation film equip-ment,the step motor or servo motor system with controller is used in this kind of equipuet in this kind of equipment in the design and manufacturing,and by supporting the development of software realizs its function. This paper will discuss and analysis of flat computer film equipment realized by PLC control servo system using configuration software.%平板手机、平板电脑出厂前的触摸屏预贴膜处理工艺对生产设备在线位移控制精度方面有很高的要求.此类设备在设计与制造时,为保证贴膜精度及设备运行的稳定性,多采用带控制器的步进电机系统或伺服电机系统,并辅以配套开发的可视化控制软件实现其功能.该文将以采用工控组态软件通过PLC控制伺服系统而实现的平板电脑贴膜设备为例对以上内容进行讨论与分析.
