基于C#语言的Microsoft Speech SDK应用

This paper provides speech application programming interface SAPI on MicrosoR Speech SDK 5.1 software development kit are analyzed, discussed the method of using C# language called SAPI in speech synthesis and speech recognition interface, realizes the voice interactive function of database application program.%对MicrosoR Speech SDK 5.1软件开发包提供的语音应用程序编程接口SAPI进行了分析，探讨了使用C#语言调用SAPI中语音合成和语音识别相关接口的方法，实现了数据库应用程序的语音交互功能。
