一种基于神经网络的房价指数预测方法

摘要

Real estate is one of the important pillar industries of national economic development;therefore, it’s significantly important to forecast the index of real estate prices in a reasonably scientific way. Collecting the data of housing price index of the main cities in China, and analyzing the data by using the SPSS Clementine software, this thesis aims to apply the neural network to the forecasting of housing price index. It turns out that the forecasting method is feasible and effective according to the experimental results.%房地产业是国民经济发展的重要支柱产业之一，因此，科学预测房地产价格指数具有十分重要的意义。将神经网络算法应用于房价指数预测，收集我国主要城市的房地产价格指数数据，使用SPSS Clementine软件进行分析。实验结果表明，该预测方法是可行的和有效的。
