基于精益生产的ERP与MES系统集成研究

摘要

Through the specification in production characters and the implementation of EPR system of the company and MES system of each manufacture factory, the article gives the analysis of the procedures such as plan-given for production by production headquarters,the acceptance of the production plans by manufacture factory, the issuance of materials on a norm basis,the Commissioning test run by manufacture factory and the stock-in of finished products in order to realize the optimization of integration technology of EPR system and MES system based on accurate production.%本文通过对公司的生产特点进行详细的剖析，针对公司ERP系统和各生产厂MES系统的实施，从生产指挥部生产计划下达、生产厂接收计划、库房限额发料、生产厂投料和完工入库等流程进行分析，从而实现了基于精益生产的ERP系统与MES系统集成技术。
