Hospital for the current status of implementation of the internship,from the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms,to develop training programs and teaching students professionalism and ability of three aspects of a business,schools and pupils internships run win mode.%本文针对当前本院实施的顶岗实习现状，从建立校企合作机制、制定教学培养方案以及培养学生职业素养及能力三个方面论述了一种企业、学校、学生三方共赢的顶岗实习运行模式。
