基于ArcGIS的区域综合管网系统的总体设计

China＇s twelfth five years has made it clear that proposed rules planning,Cities in our country countryside,with higher proportion of China＇s urbanization,urban construction management information resources construction has the vital significance.This paper of the realization of the system will power supply,water,warm,gas,communication network,satellite TV signal nets etc pipe information into unity,comprehensive pipe network system.This paper of the realization of the system development process using the method of software engineering,namely the design patterns and MVC framework structure.This system research limited space produced the greatest resources benefit and auxiliary managers from on macroscopic to make the right decision analysis,improve the work the scientific and standardization of level,the more fully allocation,the use of social resources.%国家十二五规划已经明确提出，城市在我国的比例要高于农村，随着我国城市化进程加快城市建设管理信息资源的建设具有至关重要的意义。本文实现的系统将供电、水、暖、煤气、通信网络、卫星电视信号网等管网信息，纳入统一综合管网系统。本文实现的系统开发过程采用软件工程的方法，即设计模式和MVC框架结构。本系统研究了有限的空间资源产生最大的效益，辅助管理者从宏观上做出正确地决策分析，提高工作的科学化、规范化水平，更充分地调配、利用社会资源。
