山西省国土资源网上交易平台设计与实现

摘要

建立基于Microsoft．NET的国土资源网上交易平台，利用组件技术、数据库技术，采用完全面向对象设计，实现了国土资源信息的发布和土地、矿权等网上交易，有效提高了政务信息的公开透明度，推进了国土资源部门电子政务的发展。%Established based on Microsoft.NET-based online trading platform of land and resources,the use of component technology, database technology, a fully object-oriented design to achieve the release of land resource information and land,mineral fights and other online transactions,effectively improve the transparency of government information public,to promote the land and resources of e-govemment development.
