This paper is based on AJAX technology without refreshing combination of technology and Web-based personnel management system standard technology design principles,the use of B/S mode to achieve the three-tier structure and function for system maintenance,expansion,updating and data lay the foundation for maintenance and storage.%本文就是基于无刷新技术和AJAX技术相结合的基于Web标准技术的人事管理系统设计的原理、采用B／S模式的三层结构及功能实现，为系统的维护、扩展、更新以及数据的维护和存储打好基础。
