二线制变送正弦信号发生器

         

摘要

二线制变送正弦信号发生器的重点在于二线制变速器的设计,二线变送器依靠两条传输线提供的电压作为电源,控制自身的耗电功率来控制传输线的电流实现对被控端的控制作用。在控制端,调理电路采集输入电阻转换为电压信号(0.4—2v)作为v/I变换器的输入,V/I变换器把输入电压转换为适合二线传输的电流(4—20mA)传输出去以实现二线传输。在受控端,将采集的电流转换为电压信号将其放大并通过A/D转换,根据单片机能够处理的结果对AD9834进行控制,输出相应频率的正弦波达到设计的要求。%Two-wire transmitter key signal generator sine-wire transmitter is designed to rely on two-wire transmitter provides transmission line voltage as the power to control their power consumption to control the transmission line current to achieve a host of control action.In the control side,collecting input resistance conditioning circuit converts the voltage signal(0.4-2V)as the V/I converter input,V/I converter converts the input voltage wire transfer for the current(4-20mA)to transfer out achieve second-line transmission.In the controlled side,the acquisition of the current into voltage signal to be amplified through the A/D conversion,according to the results of the microcontroller can handle control of the AD9834,the corresponding frequency sine wave output to meet the design requirements.
