高职院校“宽基础、大专业、小方向”新型人才培养模式创新实践——以动漫设计与制作专业为研究个案

By industry analysts,we found that the contradictions between animation teaching and employment.The curriculum based on the career skills required,build a new training model of vocational education employment-guided,the ability of occupational status oriented,with good results.%通过行业分析,发现动漫专业教学与就业的突出矛盾。按职业所需技能组织课程体系,建立以就业为导向,以职业岗位能力为核心的新型职业教育人才培养模式,取得良好效果。
