首先叙述在工业机器人离线编程软件领域的行业现状,接着介绍国产165KG工业点焊机器人的系统框架,并以此为背景介绍了针对该款机器人的离线编程软件的组成、开发关键技术及实际的应用.较为全面地论述了离线编程软件的功能及优势,并且深入分析了存在的缺陷和今后发展的方向.%In this paper we firstly recount the industrial state of quo in the field of robot off-line programming software. Then we introduce the system-frame of a domestic 165KG Spot Welding Robot, and on the background of this we expound an off-line programming software in light of that Robot, including its components,key-technique development as well as practical applications. The functions and the advantages of this software are addressed quite comprehensively, and we also analyse in depth the pitfalls it has and the developing direction in the future.
