基于ISO/IEC14443标准的CPU卡读卡器设计

摘要

CPU RF card is attracting more and more attention for its reliable security mechanism. It is penetrating into various fields, playing a very important role there. Based on the study of ISO/IEC14443 standard the article designs the development of a CPU card reader; it theoretically discusses 13.56MHz close coupled antenna circuit simplified design, executes ISO -7816 software instruction test, verifies the RF module accessing CPU RF card processing flow, realizes CPU RF card main catalog selection as well as random number acquisition; finally completes the read/write operations on 1208M01 CPU RF card.%CPU射频卡凭借其可靠的安全机制越来越受到重视,逐渐进入各个领域并发挥着不可或缺的作用.在研究ISO/IEC14443标准的基础上进行CPU卡读卡器的开发设计；并从理论上讨论了13.56MHz近耦合天线电路的简化设计,从软件上进行了IS0-7816指令测试,验证了射频模块访问CPU射频卡的操作流程,实现了CPU射频卡主目录的选取以及随机数的获取,完成了对1208 M01CPU射频卡的读写操作.
