基于Web的三维虚拟分子实验室的设计与实现

摘要

提出一种基于Web的三维虚拟分子实验室模型,分析了该实验室的特点和它应该具备的主要功能,以及实现虚拟分子实验室所涉及到的关键技术.论述了利用Virtools实现基于Web的三维虚拟分子实验室的原理和技术,最后通过一个实例证明了该实验室具有良好的交互性、可扩展性.%This paper introduces a web-based 3D virtual molecular laboratory prototype. Its characteristics, main functions and essential technologies are studied in the paper. The paper probes into the principles and technologies of Virtools as a tool to realise a web-based 3D virtual molecular laboratory. Finally a case study demonstrates the laboratory is highly interactive and expandable.
