Business process model is the core of organisation modelling for enterprises and governments. Aiming at the drawbacks of current business process execution in its property of linearity, short of flexibility and intelligence in model and lacking dynamic change and activeness of the Role, multi-agent is introduced into the model on the basis of analysing RN ( Role Network) model, and the communication and coordination between the agents are used to describe the business process. The multi-agent collaborative business processes model supported with RN theory is brought forward, which makes executor Agent become the main body of the model, and alters the passivity of the executors in traditional model.
