中小型企业软件过程改进方法研究

摘要

Software quality highly lies on the quality of the process in software production and maintenance; this conclusion has been widely acknowledged.In China the concerns with regard to software process improvement commenced in 1990s, and several process models, such as IS09000,CMM/CMMI, etc., have been introduced successively since then.However these models mainly benefited from the process experiences of large organisations,there're many difficulties on when to use in small and medium enterprises.How to improve the software process for small and medium companies has always been paid high attention by the industry and the academia.In this paper, a software process improvement framework with continuous and iterative increment is proposed in combination with the practice of software process improvement at a typical business of small-medium size, which meets the demand of small and medium enterprises in achieving better improvement results with lower cost.%软件质量很大程度上取决于生产和维护软件的过程的质量,这一结论已被广泛认可.我国自20世纪90年代开始关注软件过程改进,先后引入ISO9000、CMM/CMMI等过程模型.但这些模型主要源于大型组织的过程经验,在中小型企业中实施起来存在诸多困难.中小型企业如何实施软件过程改进这一问题在业界和学术界一直倍受关注.结合一个典型中小型企业的软件过程改进实践提出了一个持续的、迭代增量的软件过程改进方法,可满足中小型企业希望以较低成本达到良好改进效果的需求.
