基于Matlab-GUI的衍射图像分析

摘要

Analysing diffraction images has great significance to the reseach of matter's microstructure, and the quality of the diffraction images has direct relation to the veracity of the research. In this paper the diffraction image analysis is realised with Matlab-GUI programming.The principle of the courseware,its interface,usage,process of the experiment together with the analysis results are introduced in the paper. It is proved that this courseware can visually reflect the discrimination between the diffraction images of the practical shot ones and the theoretical ones.%分析衍射图像对研究物质微观结构具有重要意义,而衍射图像的质量直接关系到研究的准确性.利用Matlab-GUI界面编程实现衍射图像的分析,并介绍了软件的原理、界面、使用方法、实验过程及分析结果,证明该软件能直观地体现实际拍摄的衍射图像与理论图像的区别.
