The process of developing and implementing a Codelgniter framework-based science and research papers' management system is described in this paper. The system architecture and the process of development and implementation have also been described in detail- The use of open source PHP framework and MVC design pattern achieve the main functions of the system. Codelgniter framework-based program design helps the system to be developed quicker, more efficient and more stable.
