基于GIS的复合海缆监测系统设计与实现

         

摘要

Undersea cables play key roles in remote power supply, high voltage power transmission, communication, signal transmission as well as keeping offshore platforms work well. Once the undersea cables break down, there will be a sharp decline in production, and the communication between offshore drilling platforms will be suspended as well. Distributed undersea cable monitoring system built using GIS and Brillouin scattering theorem can achieve fast and accurate fault location positioning, and simultaneously provide relevant information of the surrounding of fault cables and the malfunction causes as well as preliminary scheme of fault handling. Thus the real-time monitoring undersea cable is further implemented, which benefits the reduction of significant economic losses incurred from undersea cables faults.%海底电缆在远程供电、高压输电、通信、传输信号、保证海上平台正常工作方面起到关键作用.海底电缆一旦发生故障,将对海上钻井平台的生产与通信造成很大的影响.利用地理信息系统(CIS)和布里渊散射原理建立分布式海底电缆监测系统,可以实现故障位置的快速准确定位,同时给出故障电缆周边的相关信息,并给出故障原因和初步处理故障的方案,进而实现海底电缆的实时监控,有益于减少海底电缆故障带来的重大经济损失.
