一个基于MAS的公共即时通信系统接入方案

企业应用系统接入各公共即时通信系统(IM)的难点在于如何无缝集成这些不同的IM,同时又具有良好的扩展性.提出一个基于多Agent系统(MAS)的接入框架并给出其形式化描述.在这个接入框架中,企业应用系统Agent( EA Agent)负责连接企业应用系统,即时通信系统Agent(IM Agent)负责接入对应的IM,基于黑板模式的消息代理负责EA Agent和IM Agent之间的通信.实际应用验证了该框架的有效性.%The difficulty of accessing enterprise applications to various public instant messaging (IM ) systems lies in how to integrate these different IMs seamlessly, and have good scalability at the same time. In this paper, a multi-agent system (MAS) based access framework and its formal description are presented. In the given framework, the enterprise application agent (EA Agent) connects the enterprise application system, each IM Agent accesses corresponding IM, and the message broker based on the blackboard pattern is responsible for the communication between the EA Agent and the IM Agents. Practical application confirms the validity of the proposed framework.
