电话网络服务系统的设计和开发

高校通过校园网为师生提供教学办公和访问互联网服务.网络用户通过电话向网络中心提出问题咨询和故障申报.因此,在威谱TDMx2000数字电话交换平台的基础上,使用VC++7.0和PHP设计并开发客户/服务器与浏览器/服务器混合结构的服务系统,提高了工作效率和服务质量.%Colleges provide leachers and students via campus network with teaching, working, and intemel access services. Campus network users ask questions, consult, or report errors to the network information center through telephone lines. Therefore, on the basis of digital telephone switching platform WeiPu TDMx2000, a hybrid structural service system, client/server versus browser/server, is designed and developed with VC ++ 7.0 and PHP, which has improved the working efficiency and service quality.
