Radars have sound performance at orientation while infrared sensors have excellent performance at angle measure. Radar and infrared sensor form a typical composition for a heterogeneous sensor system, but heterogeneous sensors information fusion faces many difficulties for the lack of mathematical tools and methods. In the paper the authors present an information fusion method based on similarity measures, which can effectively improve the data association probability and multi-target tracking accuracy.%雷达具有较好的测距性能,红外传感器具有高精度的测角性能.雷达和红外传感器是异类传感器系统的一个典型组合,但是异类传感器信息融合因没有现成的数学工具和方法而面临诸多困难.提出一种基于相似性测度的数据融合方法,能够有效提高数据正确关联概率和多目标跟踪的精度.
