基于RIA和Skyline的城市风暴潮灾害三维展示系统

     

摘要

风暴潮灾害展示系统可为城市风暴潮灾害辅助决策提供可视化场景和数据应用支持,现有风暴潮灾害系统功能简单,开发技术陈旧.为满足城市风暴潮灾害辅助决策对二维和三维数据展示与分析的需求,依据跨平台、富用户体验和技术新颖的建设目的,设计了城市风暴潮灾害三维展示系统,并以上海浦东新区临港新城数据为例实现了系统应用.介绍城市风暴潮灾害三维展示系统的功能,基于ArcGIS、Skyline TerraSuite、Flex和Java的系统技术框架与建设流程,以及针对三维建模与展示、二维与三维联动及富客户体验等关键问题的解决方案,为城市风暴潮灾害辅助决策相关系统开发提供参考.%Storm surge disaster demonstration system can provide visual scene and data application support to auxiliary decision-making for urban storm surge disaster prevention, but existing storm surge disaster information systems are simple in function; their development techniques are outdated as well. In order to meet the requirements in two-dimensional and three-dimensional data display and analysis for auxiliary decision-making on urban storm surge disaster prevention, a three-dimensional urban storm surge disaster demonstration system is designed in accordance with the construction goals of cross-platform, rich user experience and novel techniques, and has been implemented the system application using the data of Iingang New City, Pudong New Area of Shanghai. This paper presents an introduction on the functions of this system, its technical framework based on ArcGIS, Skyline suites, Flex and Java and the construction process, as well as the solutions of key problems such as three-dimensional modelling and demonstration, interaction between two-dimensional and three-dimensional windows, and improving rich user experience, etc. , these provide the references for the development of related system with regard to urban storm surge disaster auxiliary decision-making.
