在部门外包项目管理过程实践基础上,在分析外包项目实施过程中存在的主要问题的基础上,建立起基于CMMI框架下的量化的外包项目过程体系,包括:外包项目管理类型、生命周期、组织架构和各个阶段上的关键管理活动,以及外包商的评价方法等,并提出了外包项目过程能力成熟度模型。通过精细化和量化的外包项目管理,确保外包项目按时保质保量完成,实现对外包项目有效和高效的管理,达到甲方和外包方的双赢。%On the basis of the practice in outsourcing project management process of the department , and of analysing the principal problems existing in the implementation process of outsourcing project , we establish a CMMI framework-based quantified outsourcing project process system including the outsourcing project management types , the life cycle, the organisation structure and the key management activities in various phases , as well as the outsourcers evaluation method .We also put forward the process capability maturity model for outsourcing project.Through the refined and quantified outsourcing project management , the completion of outsourcing project can be ensured on time and with the guarantees in both quality and quantity , this realises the effective and efficient management on outsourcing project , and reaches win-win situation between the Party A and the contractor .
