一种多源异构电子政务系统整合模型

摘要

多源异构电子政务信息资源整合应该以整合外部信息资源、消除信息孤岛和实现为政府决策服务和为公众服务为目标。提出以IBM大型主机虚拟技术为核心，结合J2EE技术、MVC设计模式和统一资源管理、权限管理方法等，设计和完善多源异构电子政务信息系统整合解决方案。详细分析和介绍主机虚拟技术在其中的重要应用和资源共享信息系统的设计，并提供实景仿真测试的步骤和结论。以实际的实验效果证明了基于主机虚拟技术的整合平台具有的优势。%The integration of e-government affairs systems with multiple sources and heterogeneity shall aim at integrating the external information resources,eliminating information silo and implementing the services for government decision-making and for the public.In this paper,we present an solution of designing and perfecting the integration of electronic government affairs systems with multiple sources and heterogeneity.The solution uses IBM mainframe virtual technology as the core,and combines J2EE,MVC design pattern,uniform resource management and authority management approaches,etc.We also elaborately analyse and introduce the important application of mainframe virtual technology and the design of resource sharing information system,provide the procedure and conclusion of virtual simulation test,and prove with actual experimental effect the advantages of the integration platform with mainframe virtual technology.
