To realise the transfer of model from CAD system to virtual assembly system,an assembly information representation based on OpenFlight is proposed.The method divides the model information required by the virtual assembly into two levels,the information of assembly model and the information of the parts model.It extracts the information of these two levels by secondary development of CAD system,and writes them respectively to the expanded OpenFlight database.The complicated mapping mechanism in model reconstruction is solved by the OpenFlight-based information representation,and this avoids the writing process by the assembly information to an intermediate file.With the scalability,the method is a better solution for integrating the data between CAD system and virtual assembly system.A virtual assembly system based on Vega is established and the feasibility of transform method is verified.%为实现模型从CAD系统到虚拟装配系统的转换,提出基于OpenFligth的装配信息表达方法.将虚拟装配所需要的模型信息分为装配信息和零件信息两个层次,通过CAD二次开发技术,提取装配信息及零件信息,分别写入扩展后的OpenFlight层次化模型数据库.基于OpenFlight的信息表达方法解决了模型重构技术中繁杂的映射问题,避免了装配信息向中性文件的写入过程,具有可扩展性,较好地解决了CAD系统与虚拟装配系统之间的数据集成问题.建立基于Vega的虚拟装配系统,验证了转换方法的可行性.
