科研电子病历系统的设计

摘要

当前医院的电子病历主要用于临床应用,对临床的科研没有提供足够的支持.介绍科研电子病历系统的关键部分设计,该系统集成散落在医院各内部信息系统中已有的临床数据,并通过平板电脑收集门诊随访数据.系统采用RESTful模式的Web服务作为子系统间连接的机制,使用JSON格式作为数据交换格式,同步临床数据和门诊随访数据,从而能够为临床科研提供很好的支持.%The electronic medical records in hospitals are mainly used for clinical application at present but do not provide sufficient support for clinical research.The article describes the design of key parts of an electronic medical record system for research.The system integrates existing clinical data scattered in hospital internal information systems,and collects the follow-up data of outpatient through tablet PC.The system synchronises clinical data and out-patient follow-up data,which uses a RESTful web service model as the mechanism of connection between the subsystems,and uses JSON format as the data exchange format,so that it can provide good support for clinical research.
