为了减少化学气体泄漏事故的伤害和损失,研究开发一个基于GIS的桌面应急演练系统.该系统采用基于高斯烟团模型的新模型和新数值化仿真运算算法模拟气体扩散,并采用一种车辆紧急调度模型和启发式求解算法进行人员调度疏散演练.最后,该系统在Flex架构下实现了前端交互式界面.桌面应急演练系统的研究有助于应急管理的信息化和智能化.%In order to reduce the injuries and losses in chemical gas leakage accidents, in this paper we develop a GIS-based desktop emergency drilling system. The system simulates the gas diffusion using a Gaussian Puff Model-based new model and a new numerical simulation operation algorithm, and adopts an emergent vehicle dispatching model and a heuristic algorithm to practise the personnel scheduling and evacuation drill. At last, the system realises the front-end interactive interface in Adobe Flex architecture. The study on desktop emergency drilling system helps the intelligence and informatisation of the emergency management.
