基于CMMI框架下持续改进的软件过程体系

摘要

Based on organising the authentication practice of CMMI5, we introduce the implementation of a quantified and continuously improving software process system based on CMMI framework supporeted with the tool platform and using PDCA as the improvement cycle. Through an example, we illustrate the whole implementation process of this quantified software process.%以组织CMMI5认证实践为基础,介绍基于CMMI框架下,以工具平台作为支撑,用PDCA作为改进循环,实现量化的、持续改进的软件过程体系.并通过一个实例,说明了这个量化软件过程的整个实施过程.
