M IM O雷达角估计算法研究与改进

     

摘要

角估计是雷达参数估计的一个重要内容,主要目的是确定各个信号到达阵列参考阵元的方向角。 MIMO雷达可有效提高角估计分辨力和精度而得到广泛的关注,但MIMO雷达角估计算法却比较复杂。主要对MIMO雷达角估计的几种算法———二维Capon角估计算法、二维MUSIC角估计算法以及提出的改进的MUSIC-ESPRIT角度估计算法进行深入系统地研究。通过计算机仿真分析各种不同算法的特点,发现提出的算法明显降低了角估计算法的时间复杂度,从而得出各种算法的优缺点和局限性,为正确分析MIMO雷达回波信号提供重要依据。%Angle estimation is an important part in radar parameter estimation, its main purpose is to determine the direction angle of every signal reaching to array reference elements.MIMO radar has drawn wide attentions for its effective improvement in resolution and accuracy of angle estimation.However the angle estimation algorithm of MIMO radar is a little bit complex, so in the article we mainly make thorough and systematic research on three algorithms of MIMO radar angle estimation, the two-dimensional Canpon, the two dimensional MUSIC, and the MUSIC-ESPRIT which is presented to be improved.The characteristics of various different algorithms are analysed with computer simulation, it is found that the third one presented in the article obviously reduces the time complexity of angle estimation algorithm, thereby the merits and demerits and the limitation of three kinds of algorithm are derived, this provides important base for the precise analysis of MIMO radar echo signal.
