内河船舶溢油扩散的建模与仿真

摘要

Oil spilling is one of major factors currently threatening the environment.Most of existing works on oil spilling modelling and simulation focus on marine and estuarial cases.However the simulation of inland rivers oil spilling is more important and complicated.Based on existing model, in this paper we build a model for oil spilling and diffusion in inland rivers in light of the specific situation of inland river oil spilling, we use different means to find the solution of this numerical model, and implement an efficient simulation software system.This system can provide efficient situation prediction and decision-making support for emergency response to the inland river oil spilling incidents.%油泄漏已成为目前威胁环境的一大因素。目前国内外多数的溢油建模与仿真都是针对海洋及入海口，然而内河溢油的模拟更为重要和复杂。在已有模型的基础上，针对内河溢油的特殊情况建立内河溢油扩散模型，采用不同方式对该数值模型进行求解，并实现高效的仿真软件系统，可为内河溢油事故发生后的应急处理提供有效态势预测和决策支持。
