一种检测睡眠呼吸暂停和阻塞的新方法

     

摘要

呼吸机对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症 OSAS(Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome)的治疗安全有效,其与患者的顺应性是决定治疗效果和呼吸舒适性的关键因素。根据压差传感器采集到的呼吸信号波形的特点,提出一种实时检测睡眠呼吸暂停 SA(Sleep Apnea)和判断阻塞的方法,其结果可用于自适应地调节呼吸机输出气流压力大小。将此方法同时应用于 ResMed 呼吸机与自行设计呼吸机进行对比实验,结果表明该方法实时有效,可以有效提高治疗的顺应性。%Ventilator is safe and effective for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS)treatment,with which the compliance of patients plays a vital role in treatment effect and comfortable respiratory.In this paper,we propose a real-time method for the detection of sleep apnea (SA)and the estimation of obstruction according to the characteristics of respiratory signal waveform collected by differential pressure sensor, and with its results the ventilator output airflow pressure can be adjusted adaptively.This method is applied to both the ResMed ventilator and the ventilator designed by ourselves for comparative experiment,result proves that the method works well with real-time property,and improvesthe treatment compliance effectively as well.
