基于'组合原理'的企业集团下可配置工作流的设计与实现

         

摘要

Workflow has been widely applied to various industries in a variety of areas, it is particularly important in enterprise groups. However, as the constant expansion of enterprise groups' business scale, their business complexity deepens continuously, their pertinence is increasingly closer as well, thus traditional workflow can no longer meet their new demands.Therefore, aiming at the new requirements of enterprise groups' business and the feature of modularity in functions, in the paper we propose a "combination principle"-based simple configurable workflow system.Through the system the businesses are first segmented according to their individual characteristics, and then through the matching algorithm they are matched with the existing process models in model library to obtain the optimal matching process model matched with the business.If there is no suitable process model, then through the combination algorithm we select properties rules from existing rule base, and recombine and design the optimal process model.Finally through the associated configuration between optimal process model and business model, we complete the dynamic combination of workflow to meet the complexity and variability of the businesses in enterprise groups.The workflow system has been in official use in a certain enterprise group, and it can well meet its business demands.%工作流已经被广泛应用到多种领域多个行业中,在企业集团中尤为重要. 然而,随着企业集团业务规模的不断扩大、业务复杂度不断加深、关联性的日益紧密,传统的工作流已经不能满足其新的需求. 因此,针对企业集团业务的新需求和功能的模块化特性,提出一种基于"组合原理"的简易可配置式工作流系统. 通过该系统,首先将业务按其个体特征进行分割,然后通过匹配算法MA( Matching Algorithm)与已有的模型库中流程模型进行匹配,得到与业务匹配出的最优流程模型. 若没有合适的流程模型,则通过组合算法CA( Combination Algorithm) ,在已有的规则库中选择属性规则,重新组合设计出最优流程模型. 最终通过最优流程模型与业务模型的关联配置,完成工作流的动态组合,满足企业集团下业务的复杂和多变性. 该工作流系统已在某企业集团中正式使用,能够很好地满足其业务需求.
