基于缓冲池描述的DBMS分层排队网络模型及其求解

     

摘要

In this paper we propose a layered queuing network model for database management system (DBMS ) with buffer-pool description aiming at the characteristics of online analysis processing (OLAP)query,and by taking building this model as the example we demonstrate the way and procedure of building a DBMS layered queuing network model.Two algorithms for solving the layered queuing network models,the method of layer and the stochastic Rendezvous of network,are discussed by comparing and analysing them in the difference of the algorithm structure,model restriction,description capability and solution accuracy.Three approaches for acquiring input parameters of models are concluded.%针对OLAP查询的特点,提出基于缓冲池描述的DBMS分层排队网络模型,以构建这一模型为例示范构建DBMS分层排队网络模型的方法和步骤。对比分析分层排队网络模型的两种求解算法———MOL(the Method of Layer)和SRVN(the Stochastic Ren-dezvous of Network)在算法结构、模型限制、描述能力、求解精度上的差别,总结出模型参数获取的三种途径。
