基于B/S模式的工程机械再制造过程信息追溯系统设计与实现

         

摘要

Aiming at several problems such as information decentralization,unknown tracing relationship,deficiency of tracing ability and unachievable remanufacturing process information tracing in the tracing management in remanufacturing enterprises,a system of information tracing in remanufacturing process based on B/S model is put forward.The tracing information link of remanufacturing process is designed based on analyzing the information characteristic in the process of engineering machinery remanufacturing.According to this link,the architecture pattern and the structure model of the system function of the system of information tracing in remanufacturing process are presented.After analyzing the tag types which apply to information collection in the process of engineering machinery remanufacturing,the key technology and the system tracing process of system realization are put forward.The demonstration application in one construction machinery limited company in Wuhan indicated that this system could satisfy the tracking and tracing of quality and process information in remanufacturing.%针对再制造企业追溯管理中存在着信息分散、追溯关系不明、追溯能力不足、无法实现再制造过程信息追溯等问题,提出一种基于 B/S 模式的再制造过程信息追溯系统。在分析工程机械再制造过程信息特点的基础上,设计再制造过程追溯信息链;根据该信息链,给出再制造过程信息追溯系统的架构模式和系统功能结构模型;分析适用于工程机械再制造过程信息采集的标签类型,提出系统实现的关键技术和系统追溯流程。通过在武汉某工程机械有限公司的示范应用,该系统能够满足再制造过程信息和质量信息的跟踪和追溯。
