Aiming at the problem of inconsistencies of Pin feet spacing and flatness in electronic connector assembly process,in this paper we design a machine vision-based defect detection system for electronic connectors.Meanwhile,based on Canny algorithm we present a new detection algorithm.It is verified by experiment that compared with manual detection methods,the design scheme of the system significantly improves the detection speed and accuracy,it is able to adapt to and meet the needs of automated industrial production.%针对电子连接器组装过程中,存在 Pin 脚间距和平整度不一致等问题,设计一个基于机器视觉的电子连接器缺陷检测系统。在 Canny 算法的基础上,给出一种新的检测算法。实验证明,相比与人工检测的方法,该系统设计方案的检测速度和精度都得到了明显提升,能够适应和满足自动化工业生产的需求。
