目前的大多数拥塞控制方案不能够保证具有高往返时间的广域电力系统的服务质量.为解决这一问题,提出一种双自由度拥塞控制策略,能够提供电力系统的稳定性和鲁棒性.该控制策略由两个传统控制器(反馈控制器和抗扰控制器)组成,应用Smith预测器来解决往返时间延迟.仿真结果表明,双自由度拥塞控制策略能够有效克服时间延迟和干扰带来的负面影响.%Most of the congestion control schemes cannot ensure the quality of service for wide-area power system with high round-trip time at present.To solve this problem,double degree of freedom congestion control strategy is proposed in this paper,which can provide stability and robustness of the power system.The control strategy consists of two conventional controllers (feedback controller and disturbance rejection controller),and the Smith predictor is used to solve the round-trip time delay.The simulation results show that the double degree of freedom congestion control strategy can effectively overcome the negative effects of time delay and interference.
