基于整合算法的多运营商站址规划平台的设计与实现

         

摘要

为解决铁塔公司在多运营商站址规划建设过程中遇到的困难,提出一种基于整合算法的多运营商站址规划平台应用.根据现网数据,对多运营商的新建站址需求进行整合算法分析,给出利旧、独立新建和共享新建三类结果建议.并通过调整算法参数及多方案比较,获得更优的规划方案.有效解决了多运营商需求站址如何建设问题,提高了铁塔规划方案准确性和编制效率,具有较高应用价值.%To solve the difficulties of Chinatower encountered in the multi-operators site planning and construction process,a multi-operators site planning platform based on intelligent integration algorithm is proposed.The requirement about new sites from multi-operators is analyzed by intelligent integration algorithm according to the existing site data.The algorithm provides three construction suggestions including sharing existing sites,independent construction and cooperative construction.By adjusting the parameters of the algorithm and the comparison of multiple schemes,a better planning scheme is obtained to solve multi-operators' problem about new site construction.The platform improves the accuracy and preparation efficiency of the site planning scheme,and has high application value in the site planning and construction of the Chinatower.
