According to the demand of the campus card system self-service system accurate construction,a campus card system self-service model based on fine-grained business segmentation was designed.By researching the mathematical relationship between traffic volume,terminal number and service experience,this paper presented a compound algorithm of minimum cost self-service device and a minimum cost self-service device compound algorithm of considering the artificial substitution degree.Compared with similar algorithms,the experimental results showed that the algorithm significantly optimized the overall cost of self-service system under the premise of ensuring the user's service experience.%针对校园卡系统自助服务体系精准化建设的需求,设计一种基于细粒度业务切分的校园卡系统自助服务模型.研究业务量、终端数量和服务体验之间的数学关联,进而提出一种最小代价自助设备复合算法和一种考虑人工替代度的最小代价自助设备复合算法.和同类算法的实验对比结果表明,算法能够在保证用户的服务体验前提下,显著优化自助服务体系建设整体代价.
