彩色数码提花组织均衡方法研究

摘要

Aiming at the situation that the colour jacquard is uneven in the weaving process and prone to disconnection,a method of equalizing the organizational structure in the colour jacquard system based on watershed segmentation is proposed.The fabric filter is used to denoise the fabric image by using the mixed median filter.Then,the fabric image is segmented and separated by the watershed algorithm.According to the principle of the interweaving balance of the organization point and the demand of the designer,the balanced organization library is used,the fabric is added to the tissue,and finally the tissue equilibrium is calculated and modified until equilibrium is reached.The experimental results show that the method can automatically and efficiently spread the fabric to achieve the overall balance of the fabric,has certain feasibility.%针对彩色提花在织造过程中受力不均易发生断线的情况,提出一种基于分水岭分割的彩色提花系统中组织结构均衡的方法.该方案采用混合中值滤波对织物图像进行去噪;采用分水岭算法对织物图像进行分割分色,根据组织点交织平衡的原则和设计者需求生成均衡组织库,再采用铺组织策略,对织物进行添加组织;计算组织均衡度并对其修改直至达到均衡.实验结果表明,该方法能够自动高效地铺上使织物达到整体均衡效果的组织,具有一定的可行性.
