介绍了年产60万吨甲醇裳置合成气压缩机高压缸检修时,止推侧封头拆装中出现的难题,根据实物结构的层次分析,严谨思考了拆装过程的安全性,以及实施改进的可行性、可靠性和必要性,提出了优化改造的建议,实现了整圆式软密封安装过程简单、顺畅、安全和便利.%This paper has introduced the difficulties occurred during disassembling the head in the thrust side when the high-pressure cylinder of synthesis gas compressor in methanol unit with annual output of six hundred thousand tons is inspected.According to the level analysis of product structure , the safety during the disassembly process is seriously considered.Furthermore , the feasibility , possibility , reliability and necessity in the process of implementing improvement are also considered.And the suggestion for optimization reformation is pointed out boldly.Being approved by design department of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, the struciural optimization reformation is implemented in inspection site.The installation of full circle-type soft sealing is achieved to be simple,smooth,safe and facilitate.It is well applied in practice and obtained praise of the design department of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in theory.And this optimiztUion improvement will be applied to the same kind of compressors in the future.
