Based on the error analysis of the meshing position of screw rod and star wheel which is the core part of single screw compressor, it has provided effective theoretical foundation for a series of technical work such as the meshing pair profile design,the special design of star wheel and screw rod machining and the processing method.%通过对单螺杆压缩机核心部件——星轮与螺杆啮合位置进行误差分析,从而为啮合副型线设计、星轮与螺杆加工专机的设计及加工工艺方法等一系列技术工作,提供有效的理论论据.
