基于PLC的冰箱压缩机PTC启动器寿命测试系统的设计

摘要

This paper mainly introduces a lifetime test system for PTC starter of refrigeration compressor. PLC is the control core in the test system,and TP177A touch screen as the man-machine interface in the host computer , with a variety of testing equipment and sensors ,the current changes in the process of PTC starter from the resume state to disconnect power are detected in real-time, and power the PTC starter back and forth several times until its destruction or it reached the set number of tests so far. System control interface is friendly, easy operation, long work automatically, stable and reliable, practical applications with remarkable results.%介绍了一种制冷压缩机用PTC启动器寿命测试系统.测试系统以PLC为控制核心,上位机以TP177A触摸屏作为人机接口,配合使用各种检测设备和传感器对PTC启动器从恢复状态到通电断开这一过程中的电流变化进行实时检测,并对PTC启动器往复多次通电直至其破坏或到达设定的测试次数时为止.系统控制界面友好、操作方便、可长时间自动工作,稳定可靠,在实际应用中成效显著.
