For the issue of compressed air system energy-consumption in an industry enterprise,this paper analyzes the energy conservation potentials from four aspects which are manual operation, uninstall does not automatically stop for a long time, unreasonable air pressure was been supplied and pressure loss and leakage in pipe net. A model that energy cost of compressed air system is made and the energy conservation quantity with operating data of air compressor is calculated. The expert control system and testing system of compressed air and other advanced energy-saving technologies are analyzed,which provides support for systems energy-saving in enterprises.%针对某工业企业压缩空气系统存在的能源浪费问题,分别从手动开关机、长时间卸载无法自动停机、供给压力不合理和管网压力损失与泄漏4个方面分析其节能潜力;建立空压系统运行能源成本模型,依据空压机运行数据,计算能源成本节约量;对压缩机群专家控制系统和压缩空气测试系统等先进节能技术进行了分析,为企业进行系统节能改造提供支持.
