对同步回转式混输泵的主轴进行了详细的受力分析与结构形式的讨论,计算了主轴最大许用形变,根据许用形变推算出主轴在不用工况下的最小直径.利用有限元分析软件对主轴受力及变形情况进行分析,并对不同直径的主轴强度进行讨论,提出了不同工况下主轴相应的结构形式的建议:当泵的排油压力小于2 MPa时,主轴宜采用悬臂支撑的结构形式;当排油压力大于3 MPa时,宜采用双支撑的结构形式;而当排油压力为2~3 MPa时,宜根据泵的结构来灵活确定任何一种主轴的结构形式.%With the analysis of the force on spindle of synchronous rotary multiphase pump and the discussion of spindle in different diameters,the maximum allowable deformation of spindle is calculated.Based on this,the minumum diameter of spindle under different conditions is calculated.The force on spindle and the deformation is analyzed by the finite element simulation,and the strength of spindle in different diameters is discussed.So the recommendation that the structure type of spindle corresponding to under different conditions is proposed.When the oil discharge pressure is less than 2MPa,the spindle is cantileverd;when the oil discharge pressure is larger than 3MPa,the spindle is double bracing;while the oil discharge pressure is less than 3MPa and larger than 2MPa,we should choose the structural type in accordance with the structure of the pump.
