棱杆压缩机的性能测试与试验研究

摘要

在选用双边对称圆弧型线对棱杆压缩机进行转子型线设计的基础上,研制了棱杆压缩机的试验样机.对组装、调试后的试验样机在实验室台架上进行了空载磨合,并测试了不同转速下的排气压力,然后借助压缩机企业的测试设备对棱杆压缩机机组系统进行了性能测试.结合试验样机的仿真分析结果,对台架试验和性能测试结果进行了综合分析,验证了棱杆压缩机的优越性能.%A experimental prototype of prismatic-shaft compressor was designed according to the bilateral symmetric arc rotor profiles.The exliaust pressures at different speeds were tested after the experimental prototype had been packed,adjusted and breaked-in on the test bed.The performance of the compressor set was tested by the aid of the test facilities of a compressor work.The superior performance of the prismatic-shaft compressor has been confirmed through the synthetic analysis of the simulation and experimental results.
