家用空调滚动转子压缩机舌簧阀冲击应力分析

摘要

运用瑞利-有限元法对家用空调滚动转子压缩机舌簧阀冲击碰撞模型进行了简化,并根据能量守恒原理对阀片撞击阀座时的冲击应力和变形进行了计算.该方法计算过程较为简单,精确度较高,能为舌簧阀的可靠性设计提供参考.%The impact model of the reed valve in the rolling piston compressor for home air-conditioner is simplified with the Rally-finite element method in this paper.The impact stress and the strain of the valve plate against the seat are calculated on the basis of the law of conservation of energy .The results show that this method is simple and accurate.It can provide some references to the reliability design of reed valves.
