无油螺杆压缩机在液氨精制回收中的研究与应用

摘要

Based on the gas properties and process characteristics in the process of Purification and Recovery of Ammonia,the process, sealing and material of water-injected oil-free screw compressors has been carried out to meet the requirement of ammonia de-watering.A two-stage water-injected screw compressor unit is developed and applied to practical plant.The liquid ammonia recovered by the unit is up to the national standard,which makes a certain economic benefits.%针对氨气精制回收过程的气体性质和工艺特点,研究了无油喷水螺杆压缩机的工艺、密封和材质,使其能够满足氨气脱水精制的工艺要求.开发了两级喷水氨气压缩机,并将机组应用于实际工业生产中,所回收的液氨达到了国家标准的要求,取得了一定的经济效益.
